Porsche shuts down three subsidiaries, including former Greyp, hundreds of employees lose jobs

Porsche AG has decided to close three subsidiaries: Cellforce Group, Porsche eBike Performance, and Cetitec, affecting over 500 employees.
Porsche eBike Performance, formed after acquiring Greyp Bikes from Rimac, is shutting down due to changed market conditions, impacting about 360 employees in Ottobrunn and Zagreb.
Cellforce Group, focused on battery technology, no longer has a sustainable long-term perspective within Porsche’s powertrain strategy, affecting around 50 employees.
Cetitec, a software development center for data communication, is closing, affecting 60 employees in Germany and 30 in Croatia.
Employees in Croatia were informed on Friday; liquidation will take six months with salary and severance pay.
